How to build confidence in students: My dream education system

Confidence is the key element in any field to goal. If someone is lacking confidence in him/herself then no matter how much talent- knowledge s/he holds s/he can't secure his/her future. If we can built confidence in systems of education then we will construction the most potential human resource. And, We can't deny that human resource is the ultimate resource for & of any Nation. 

There is a education system (/curriculum) I designed which may be found irrelevant to many. But, that's my personal opinion. If you've any too, please free to liberate it in comment section. 

The education should be state-owned and compulsory for each and every citizen. There should be foundation schools in each village attached with one central college in city. Each city should have at least and only one college completely funded by state. 

All the school and colleges should allow all genders in same class with restricting majority of any one in classroom. 

All the professor and students (of colleges) should be compulsory transferred each year in all opposite directions. 

There should be accommodation for professor and students in college itself. The cells of each should be inter-mixed in same locality. 

Continuous and comprehensive evaluation of students by professor, professor by students, students by students should also be significant. This evaluation can depreciate or appreciate the salary of professor. 

There should be team of each sports in each college. And, club of various performing arts welcoming (any) students any day of college. All the teams of colleges should go on for inter-colleges tournament(s). 

There should be only one time annual exam in a year with no minimum passing marks criteria. Students scoring any marks shall be qualified for promotion. 

Foundation stage (5 years) 

1) The minimum age of admission in this should be at least 6 years and no less in any condition. 

2) There should be foundation schools in each village adjusted with the population. So that, each students from (any) village and cities can took admission there. There should no "criteria" for admission in these schools. 

3) There should be not more than five subjects in this stage, respectively- 

(1) Mother language 

(2) International English 

(3) Mathematics 

(4) Environmental science 

(5) Ethics & morality 

4) There should be no exam at this stage. Continuous and comprehensive evaluation shall only be significant. 

5) There should be uniform compulsory for each student. The uniform should be unisex. 

The foundation should be followed by first stage and second stage. In both of these stages each student should compulsory solo travel for six years continuously. They are free to travel to any cities except there hometown. 

They have to carry a smartphone and a laptop with them. There classes and exam were conducted online through them. The students should also have to write assignment of each online lecture they take. After submitting handwritten scanned pdf of each lecture, next lecture will unlocked after manual inspection. These assignments will carry 40% weightage in the subject. Thus, the online annual exam will be of 60 marks. The annual exam should be of objective type with 60 question along with 0.5 negative marking

The students will be provided a seed amount one time in their bank a/c with a debit card. The students have to survive rest on their own. They can choose any product, anytime and can sell through in the way to generate income. They have to maintain invoice for each sale. 

They have to read at least 72 books in a year or roughly 6 books in a month and write a critical summary of it. Thereafter, they have to scan it and submit it in pdf format before deadline. The students will be completely free to choose any book. These summary will be rewarded marks out of 10 and average score should be added in gross percentage of student. 

The students have to visit at least 72 cities in a year. Thus, roughly not more than 4 days in each city. The students also have to write travel journal of each city they visited and submit it in pdf format. These journal should be rewarded marks out of 10 and average score will be added in gross percentage. 

All the written work of student should be delivered via post to the designated address of college before 31st of March each year. 

The students also have interview at least 72 people all from different profession in a year. The interview should be minimum of 10 min and recorded on the smartphone of the student. 

First stage (3 years) 

1) This stage students should study following subjects- 

(1) Mother language 

(2) International English 

(3) Any other language (chosen by student)(for 3 years)

(4) Mathematics 

(5) Science 

(6) Social studies 

(7) Moral & ethics 

(8) Computers 

Second stage ( 3 years) 

(1) Mother language 

(2) International English 

(3) Any other language (chosen by student) ( for 3 years) 

(4) Mathematics 

(5) Science  

(6) Social studies 

(7) Law & order 

(8) Computers

(9) Accounts and financial literacy 

After, completing all these students should be awarded with a title "Educated". Thereafter, education will be voluntary, not compulsory.  Any educated can seek admission in any college. 

Third stage (4 years) 

(1) This stage shall be foundation stage for a specific profession choose by students.

(2) In this stage students are allow to study minimum 12 subjects. 

(3) All the students should be compulsory transferred in all opposite directions each year. 

(4) The annual exams should be descriptive in nature. In this stage too, There should be no passing marks criteria. The students also have to write assignment for each lecture they attend in college. These assignment will weights 40% as before. 

(5)Students should also be benefitted with any skill they learn in college, including representing college's sports team. 

(6) The college session should begin from 15th of April and ends on 15th of December. Rest  students can enjoy holidays. 

Fourth stage (4 years) 

(1) This stage shall be  considered as training period for specific profession chosen by student. 

(2) In this stage students have to compulsory do internship of their respected profession continuously for fours years. 

(3) In fourth year, student have to conduct a research in there specific area of expertise. 

Final stage (4 years) 

(1) This will be the final stage of formal education. 

(2) In this stage students have to conduct research after 1 year programme. 

(3) The students will be allotted maximum 3 years to do any research. They will be provided with a stipend for this period. 

(4) The stipend can also extended beyond three years, if there is "something" in the research of student. 

This my a raw 'concept' of education system. Everything expressed here is personal opinion. Criticism welcome!
