How to reduce fear of failure

The mindset of youth is of job seeker in the current conditions of nation. Most of the people want to be in the best institute to secure their job in best companies located overseas.  But, what they forget that starting a company is much more easier than running a company and they are actually doing that. However, people escape in launching their own startup due to multiple reasons. Out of which dearth of entrepreneur mindset is most common. This results in unemployment, disguised employment and depression. Suppose there are 100 people in village and all are job seekers then all of them will be jobless. However, if only 20 will launch their own business then all 100 people will be employed in their village itself considering that only half of them will survive. 

India is suffering from brain drain, talent fog, and multiple other similar diseases. Brain drain is the quitting of best brains to serve any other economy whereas talent fog is the locking of talent mostly in houses or any other regular odd job due to insufficient and inefficient background. The struggle of survival endorse the fear of fatal failure among the Homosapiens hence they seek security in their bread. This reduce their capacity of risk taking  which affect the health of economy.   

This alarm the guardian of economy to turn the table around and change the mindset of youth from job seeker to job provider. Several scheme were marketed and the development ecosystem for same is going along. However, everything is useless if their not a change in mindset and if there is change in mindset then nothing is useless. Youth need to behave like an entrepreneur. This will not only make them entrepreneur but also better employee. Better entrepreneur, better enterprise, better employee, excellent enterprise! 

It is easier to mold pitcher during construction while impossible to even reshape after that. The change in behavior is easier to achieve in the early age of youth. There is strong evidence that humans are evolve from monkeys so if youth will be exposed to  entrepreneur in their teenage then they will think like them instead of porn-star which is now quite common. Students have other co-curricular activities other than academics which will motivate students attendance which otherwise escape from schools. The key skill of time and task management will to be incorporated in the students. The development of mindsets will ensure development of entrepreneur skill. Students will pursue what they want to instead of what is trending as they will own required confidence in them to construct from scratch. This scratched attitude will unscratched the fear of failure.
