What is my theory for co-living?

The idea of marriage has been outdated and inefficient & inefficient in modern lifestyles. Thus, this new co-living act shall be introduced to replace older regulations evolved into traditions.

"Any two or more than two individual of either sexual identity, financially independent, sound mind, of or above age 25, shall be able to co-live to together, after an public notice of moving in together 30 days before."

If all or any individual choose to separation, shall has to display public notice within 30 days of after moving out.

All the individual shall be identify as family. The family shall reserve the right to adopt or reproduce offspring's, artificially, after successfully completing atleast five years in together. The family choose to have kids shall reject resignation from family for time-period of children(s) to attained legal adult age.

Marriage are legal structure designed by early sapiens as per their resources & intellectual, maybe sufficient to forcefully stagnant individual to enforce sustainable structure for the society. However, unstable, unpredictable life journey of individual requires much more liberty to maximize the one and only life they have. This act shall deconstruct authoritarian traditional structure of & for each individual along with the imposed routine tradework assigned, and hence, shall empowers democracy and liberty among the masses.

Constitution is set of rules and regulations obliged to alternations democratically as required in the present times by the present living beings otherwise it's a religion. Traditional Orthodox practices, no matter sound how good, shall always be outdated and dropped as many times as required. Obviously, one day present electives shall introduce better replacement for this too as for their requirements. Until them, let's make it normal!
