Why should We reject the title 'Father' ?

Who is the father of physics?

Who is the father of computer? 

Who is father of medicine? 

Who is father of surgery? 

We'll have read often these in our textbooks and always seek for answer immediately and none of us have ever wondered why there is title 'father' associated with the person who may have significant work for the first time in a domain? 

Obviously, it is due to the patriarchal structure of society. Father is consider the head of the family. He is one who is responsible for each and every decision in the family. This is how patriarchy divided family hierarchically. But, FAMILY IS NOT A ENTERPRISE! 

Family is group of people of either genders and either age-groups co-living together for improvising their quality of life without interfering into the personal space of each other. 

They all are equally responsible to the family and equally eligible in decision-making. However, this often is undiscovered in household of any given society. Being a male is a thing to be exaggerate. The 'father' is the superior entity in the family and shall being always worshiped. His all acts are attempt to be justified irrespective of anything. He has been granted absolute power in the house. As we all know absolute power leads to corruption. Corruption leads to exploitation of all other individual(s) in the house. This is how the title 'father' seems to be fascinating to men, which in return spoil the term 'father'. 

The title 'Father' promotes toxic masculinity and misogynist ideologies. This may inherit in students that being a 'father' is thing of proud. However, it is an outcome of biological accident. 

Thus, Instead we can have an better gender-neutral alternative 'PIONEER' to transfer obsession of sapiens from socially constructed Genders.
